Payment is to be made in advance for any purchases.

Once payment is received, we will begin to process your order and you will receive an email or message. Please give us 4 weeks lead time to prepare and manufacture any products not made in advance. We are a small local outfit and we manufacture each order piece by piece and by hand.

We currently offer 1 (one) mode of payment: PayNow.

For payment via PayNow: You will have to select “PayNow” as the payment option. Upon checking out, make the transfer via PayNow and send a screenshot of the successful transaction to our phone number: (65) 8022 1325.

Our current logistics partner is J&T Express who can provide Standard Delivery (1-3 working days) or Express Delivery (1 working day).

Shipping time of 1 to 3 working days is in addition to the 4 weeks' lead time to prepare your order.

All deliveries require packaging.

We only deliver to addresses in Singapore at the moment.

Do not smash our products. Give them Tender Loving Care.
2.
Do not use any sharp objects on our glass products.
3.
Do not use abrasives or cleaning agents with abrasives when washing or cleaning our glass products.
4.
Do not expose our glass products to sudden and large changes in temperatures as they have not been tempered to withstand thermal shock.

By placing an order, you agree that you allow us to collect your personal information (e.g. name, phone number and email address) during checkout for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

We value your privacy and we do not and will not sell your personal data. We may, however, send you marketing communications for new product launches.
